Project Description
The Dargle Clinic operates a policy of 48 hours notice and written request forms only for repeat prescriptions. These re-order forms are attached to your prescription upon collection and are to be used when re-ordering again. This policy is in place to ensure accurate patient medication records. We are happy to accept the completed request form by hand or post. We can post back prescriptions, if you leave a stampled addressed envelope in reception.
If you have not been to the Practice for several months, it may be necessary to attend the doctor to review your medications. If a prescription from a hospital requires transfer on to a GMS prescription, please drop the script in to the Reception and we will have it ready within 48 hours. Your pharmacy will provide medication in the interim period.
Private prescriptions may incur a charge.
