GP VISIT SCHEME FOR CHILDREN UNDER SIX

The Dargle Clinic is participating in the GP Visit scheme for children under the age of six.
As a parent or guardian you may register your child online or download the form and send it to the listed address.

 If your child is does not hold an under six medical card, you remain liable for the costs of medical care until the registration process is complete.
